We make every effort to represent our products accurately, including sizes and weights for all WYSIWYG pieces to ensure you are getting exactly the piece you decide on. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will make our best effort to work with you but we are not liable for returns or refunds for orders delivered intact and without obvious shipping-related damage.
