Shipping policy
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped using one of our preferred carriers to ensure fast and safe arrival to you. When your order is placed, your actual shipping cost will be included in the cart (orders over $50 ship free). Orders ship out in the order they are received, and we ship out Mon-Thurs weekly. When your order ships out you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order online. Published shipping rates apply to the United States only, international customers please inquire for a quote.
Special shipping requirements: Some of our products are unable to ship using our usual shipping methods due to size, weight, or the need for specialized packaging. These items are noted in the description and may require additional shipping costs to ensure safe delivery.
Items damaged in shipping:
In the event your order arrives damaged, we require photos of the product in its original packaging including outer boxes including any visible signs of damage to the packaging. Claims for damaged goods must be received within 24 hours of arrival (based on tracking information) and are contingent on photos of the original packaging. No claims for damaged goods will be accepted without these. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will issue a partial or full refund or equivalent store credit at our discretion if acceptable proof is provided. Tethys Trading Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or packages that are lost after carrier tracking indicates they were delivered to the ship to address.
Items lost in shipping:
In the rare event that your order is lost during shipping due to carrier error or negligence we will provide a refund or credit equivalent to the full value of your order at our discretion.
